He Gives Strength to the Weary

I wanted to start you guys off with Isaiah 40:29-31 which says “He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall, but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not faint.” The key words in this entire verse is “those who hope in the Lord.” You can obtain all of that strength if your hope is in Jesus Christ who is our strength and hope.

In our own ability, we become weary and tired; we stumble and fall; we lose our physical and spiritual strength. But if our faith, hope, and trust are in Jesus Christ, our strength will be renewed. We might stumble due to mistakes, but we won’t fall down because His hand picks us back up. We will run after opportunities and not grow weary in the waiting because our hope is in Jesus Christ.

I want to encourage you whatever you are facing or waiting for, to cast all of your worries to Him because He cares for you and knows exactly what you desire and what you need when you need it, and how you need it. Give it all to Jesus Christ and He who has called you is faithful to perform and keep His promise that you will make it through whatever you are facing and you will receive whatever you are believing God for. Don’t give up; for if you don’t faint in due season you will reap a harvest of blessing as said in Galatians 6:9. Stay in faith and hope in Jesus.
